| The Lawn
Behind the Gates is a large Lawn, a walk way to the School. Its the place you say bye to your mom and dad, and hello to a good time. Its also where you see most of your friends again.

This is the part of the school were your classrooms are. The hall is long and there are multipule floors. Each has a very old feeling to it. Classes are a must to graduate.

After visitation Hours you head on over here to have our school food. Now like most school the Students think the food sucks but here its diffrent here almost everyone loved the Food

This is just like the boys dorm...well besides it had a larger attic hich the senior girls ussauly throw parties. Most the girl sneak out through the fire escape the staff has yet to figure this out..

This is the old boys dorm, it has recently been updated with the most advanced electronic devices. It is about 5 Stories high with fire escapes...make for easy access to sneak and met up with a girl down by the stables....

| Stables
Ever wanted to learn how to ride a horse.. or just pet one, clean one, or ride one out on the lake.. come to our Stables and pick out a school horse and ride him, clean him.. or just asked mommy and daddy to buy you one and store it in our Stables. So come here and have fun with our big selections of Horses.

| RugbyField
Another huge well kept field. The grass is always green and there isn't a ten yard line out of place. Beacuse rugby is one of the school's most hyped sports the stands are huge and on both sides of the field, many of the people come just to see the school's.

| Soccer Field
Once someone kicks the soccer ball, the game begins. The stands are quiet, waiting for someone to score, and when they do the silence is filled with roaring and screams of praise. This is the soccer field, and it is well kept.

| The Gym
Do you want to work out but never find the right place to do it? Perhaps you want to join the Wrestling Team, but want a nice place to relax in and just excercise quietly? Well then there's no other spot for you then the Gym! It has high technitional stuff and equipment for everyday use, it'll be up to your enjoyment, guarenteed! Remember: This is were they host the Wrestling Practices, and matches and with Nathan Hunter as their Captain!

| Hockey Rink
World-Class ice, and a World-Class arena. It holds 5000, and is the largest Sports area next to the Football Field, which holds 7, 500.

| Swimming Pools
There are two Pools, one outside for the Summer and one inside for the Winter, Fall, and cold nights. The Pools are kept VERY clean.

| City Surrounding Waverly |
| Waverly Waves!
The one and only beach in Waverly. Alot of surfers hang out here, and the water is just right. Theres a dock where you can rent little boats to go onto some island with your "Someone", and there's also surf board rentals.

| Drag Drive
A straight road that stays straight for 10 KM. It's a few blocks away from Jake's house and most of the drag racing in Waverly goes on here. Don't Rev at the wrong car though, or you might be eating your pride, as well as dust.

Dina's Dance Studio is the best dance studio in all of Florida. People take lessons here for all types of dance and others come in and use the warmup room for private sessions. Sometimes, recitals are held, too.

| BoardWalk
This is what San Diego copied their design of their boardwalk off of. It out reaches into the bay of the ocean, yes ocean,. Its covered in venders, shops, and a large Fair ground. It has farris wheels, roller coaster. Its a theme park with a diffrent feel.

| Jake's House
Every FRIDAY, and only Friday theres a party at Jake's house. No one knows who Jake is or how he gets the money to host these Partys where theres ice and beer in the washer and cola in the dryer.

| The outhouse
The outhouse is the closest structure to Waverly. Built by Samantha's dad, it is a huge mansion, having large areas for various things. It is self sufficient and often termed as 'Mini-Waverly' as everyone calls it so.

| Raven Underground Club
It's a underground rave place, it has been here for atleast 30 years, yeah its older compared to the new clubs but oh well. Come here for drinks, the bartenders dont card you most the time. Just go to the student union at the callege campus, head around back. Theres an old lookin shed. Knock 4 times and say the password.
